Week 3

well, this set is
walk 5 min warm-up
run 90 sec, walk 90 sec,
run 3 min, walk 3 min,
run 90 sec, walk 90sec,
run 3 min
5 min cool down.

able to finish each run. 
we bravely signed up for a 5k Saturday in Marietta.  we will probably walk more than run it.
